Games will be officiated with modified college rules and contact and aggressive play is to be expected, but we're all out here to have fun so no head-hunting!

We don't agree with all of these rules, but we do have to enforce a couple:​

​

  • NO FIGHTING - you will be ejected from the game and suspended the next game

​​

  • NO DRINKING - since we are on school grounds no drinking at games is allowed

​​

​

  • The league will consist of 4 teams of 16+ players

  • Each team will play 12 regular season games followed by semis and championship

  • Each game will consist of four 12 minute running quarters

  • NEW in 2023 - players are required to play in 50% of games to qualify for playoffs
